1. Not ready to sell? That’s okay—declining your offer comes at no cost and is completely pain-free

After your items are appraised, you’ll receive a Final Offer by text and email. If it’s not what you expected, simply reply to decline.

What happens next:

  • Your items are securely repackaged

  • We provide return tracking via email

  • Return shipping is 100% free and fully insured (up to the appraised value)

2. How long do I have to decide?

You’ll have two (2) calendar days to accept or decline your Final Offer. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, your offer may expire and require additional assistance from your Alloy Advisor to proceed.

3. What if I want my items back later?

If you decline your offer within the 2-day window, your return is automatically processed—no extra steps required.

If your offer expires or goes unacknowledged, your Alloy Advisor can help reissue the offer or initiate a return manually.

4. Will my items come back in the same condition?

Yes. Your items are:

  • Unboxed under video surveillance

  • Tested using industry-standard methods (minor scratching may occur during purity testing)
